Meeting the industry at Seatrade Cruise Global and ITB Berlin

An exciting week outside the office lies behind us. Magnus Ehrenberg went to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to take part in Seatrade Cruise Global, the cruise industry’s premier global fair and conference gathering more than 11.000 cruise professionals for an exchange about the latest ideas and innovations in the sector. 

For us, Seatrade Cruise Global is a great opportunity to meet our partners from the industry like at the Scandinavian reception shown above, but also to find inspiration for new ways to move forward with a conference program featuring the sector's most acknowledged speakers. 

 

Every March, our cross-border PR team packs their bags and goes to Berlin to attend the world's leading travel show ITB, and 2018 was no exception to it.

With more than 160,000 visitors from the global tourism industry, ITB offers ample possibilities for networking and inspiration. For us, the fair is a lot about meeting and supporting our clients and exchanging with media representatives and influencers – but this year, we also had the great pleasure to lead a workshop about storytelling and digital destination marketing together with our client Visit Faroe Islands. 

Of course, we rounded things off with our traditional ITB dinner, this time in a laid-back atmosphere at Berlin's newest address for Nordic cuisine – restaurant Sæson by our client Guldsmeden hotels. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made that evening special!
